We were here at approximately 3 pm on July 7, 2017. The food was okay but the service was an encounter we would rather have avoided. The lady attendant (I use that term loosely) glared at us as though we had entered her private residence without an invitation & barked "May I help you?" in a tone that let us know our presence was an interruption to her day. We remained polite as her glare grew colder. Not sure I've ever felt more hated by a complete stranger in my life. I asked for the already prepared cinnamon bites & my husband ordered a "Center of the Roll". She asked if we would "want that heated" to which I replied that I wanted my order "just barely" heated because, as anyone knows, you can't microwave bread without making it tough. She slammed my little cinnamon covered donut bites into the microwave, after about 6-7 seconds, I politely told her "That should be good" to which she glanced up at me with the same hateful glare and continued to wait several seconds more before she finally took them out of the microwave and slammed my husband's order in...he didn't want his heated, and again disregarded our wishes. She put on the lids, stuffed our orders in a bag and then barked "May I help you?!" at the poor lady behind us. I couldn't eat my cinnamon bites because they were now cinnamon covered pieces of rubber. My husband said his order was "alright" but he didn't eat very much of it. I was in a good mood when we entered the Flying J & the employees there were so friendly and helpful but I really wish we had not wasted our time and money at the Cinnabon kiosk and disrupted a clearly disturbed woman who hates the world and everything in it. It has taken much longer to write this review than it did to visit Cinnabon. I don't often write reviews unless the place is exceptional or the service is really bad. This is probably the worse service I've ever personally witnessed.
