A bank can not be in business for the consumer if they will not answer their phone. I went in the branch to see why they do not answer their phone. The employees said they were aware of the problem but the management does not think it's important to have enough employees to answer the phone. I asked to speak to the branch manager but they said it wouldn't make a difference. It's just a sorry business.
I have been calling first community bank both in wytheville and fort chiswell for 5 days now, and no one picks up. Is there a different number I can try calling.
This used to be the Bank of America, the take over was a mess with First Community coming in. Things still haven't improved. I have found a new bank since then.
