To be fair, the towing service was great. BUT...
Honest hard working guys, who go above and beyond. Complete truck raised the bar in truck repair. Excellent roadside service and in garage. Would highly recommend. Thanks to all the guys in the shop
#1- broke an air conditioning line then claimed it was already broken and refused to admit they were at fault,

#2- forgot to replace upper shield over brakes behind steer tire,
Very good place, they helped my driver out.
They installed rebuilt transmission in my truck. I ask if it needed a rear main seal. Never got answer. I was willing to pay extra cost. Now I have new tranny with leaking rear main. Also was charged for 5 exhaust clamps 124.00 which I just had to buy at peterbuilt for 32.00. They never replaced them,used my old ones . Not to honest. Replaced transmission was ok. They put me up in motel but when check out came around at lunch I was not picked up until 3 hrs later.
#3- stripped the threads for EGR and cracked EGR plate.
If you want to get gouged, go to them. On February 24th, my starter failed while on the fuel island at Loves. They were referred to me by Love's, and within 30 minutes a tow truck arrived and towed my International pro star ( auto trans) To their shop about 3 miles away. As an owner operator, I always inquire about rates and parts before committing to a repair shop. It took the mechanic, who was well qualified about an hour to drop the old starter, and upon the arrival of the new starter ( had to go an hour each way to get one) and about an hour to install the new one. I have had this starter replaced before so I know the cost, and over 25 years of trucking, I've been towed 3 or 4 times. I was charged 510.00 for a starter, which is twice the amount, 400.00 for the labor ( they claimed 4 hours, but it wasn't, and 450.00 to tow me 3 miles. I don't mind them marking up the starter a little, and charging a fee to get the parts, but this, all of it was taking advantage to a driver broke down. A fair price would have been more like 1000.00. Beware of this place sticking it to you
One item of service turned into the other repair bills.
