Was on the road for business when an urgent package arrived for me...at the wrong address (not ups). Called to see how I could get the package from Wytheville to Texas and Eli helped resolve my problem over the phone. He was extremely helpful (even after calling a few times), arranging for an overnight delivery that saved the day. He even offered to call and let me know charges and incidentals before shipping...that is extra mile service, with a smile I could hear over the phone. Thanks!
they don't answer their phone during business hours. if it states that you are open until seven you should answer your phone three hours prior to closing. and if you close sooner, change the time that appears online. pick up your phone this is terrible
I should think that you could get just about any size box you need at this store, but NO! Every time I go to get a box, which is quite often, "sorry we don't have that size." Also am quite disappointed in the cost of a cardboard box. Way too much!
