Horrible ao far an agent that no longer works with the conpany set up my policy all wrong when i needed them they werent there..very rudevwhen i called claims..i went into a panick..currently my new agent ia trying to get everything straightened out correctly for me.. i as well as my grandmother cant beleive the nonsince we have had to go through. .and I honestly thoufht thia would be a good conpany so far Im not seeing it..Shannon at the Wytheville office appologized and is trying to get the issues resolved.
