Our Loan Specially, Mrs. Crowley, was absolutely unprofessional. She completely ignored my wife and I as we were trying to get a home loan, then completely lied when we appealed her initial denial decision. I read horrible reviews about the same situation using USDA but thought I'd give it a try. An absolute joke. Very unpleasant experience. Wife and I were told we had "no credit" but she just bought a car and received the lowest rate possible, and I bought a truck right after she said we didn't have credit. Makes no sense to be lied to from a supposedly professional loan specialist.
