Not only did he tow me to an auto one where I was able to identify the faulty part he was instrumental in replacing it. He did most of the figuring while I assisted as best as my limited mechanical knowledge would allow.
rented a 5x8 uhaul trailer from Appalachian towing. The service was excellent, fast and friendly. Later when loading, I notice a problem with the tire. I called uhaul and Tony from Appalachian towing came out with a new tire and not only changed it out but checked the tire and axle on the other side. Going the extra mile, even at night in the cold and rain. Great service and piece of mind! I highly recommend Appalachian towing!
i had a blowout on the freeway which was super scary. this guy scooped me up within 20 minutes and instead of dropping me off at a shop or something, he loaned his tools and helped me get a locking lug nut off, which i, unfortunately, had left the key socket at home.
I had car trouble on New Year's Day. I contacted my roadside assistance via my car insurance and I was lucky they sent this gentleman to assist me. What he knew that the insurance company did not was that no mechanic was open in the area on New Year's Day.
I never want to break down again but if I do I hope it is around here.
