The meeting room was very, very hot. No air in there, kinda made the birthday party miserable. Pizza and staff were wonderful though. Bathrooms were ok.

Online order,pick up time 7:45, not ready till 8:10. While others in and out getting orders. Pizza not showed and was raw dough in the middle when family tried to eat it.
There was literally 1 waitress, 1 cook and 0 other customers. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese stick appetizer. It took about 30 minutes and the appetizer came out with the pizza. The seats and tables don't give a clean vibe, and the place is really just really going down hill.
Horrible delivery system. They took more than 1.5 Hrs. to deliver the pizza at the location which is just 2.2 miles away from the shop and when called thrice to check, no one had the idea on the expected delivery time. Though they given me $3 discount later, it cannot really compensate the time I wasted and efforts I had to make to track the delivery status. It's the worst pizza delivery I have ever received, in terms of time.
