The cashier is unsanitarily tasked with putting food in containers and gathering items for the tray because there was only 1 person on Taco Bell side working the line. Meximelt was gooey and coming out of packaging. There was a meeting of the minds in the back, about 6 employees hanging out, while there were customers waiting in a line out the door. Cinnamon twists had no cinnamon on them and when the only person that came to the counter was asked for some cinnamon, they scoffed and literally said to me "that's not my job" and walked away. Dang, working fast food sucks, but this was unpleasant to be around!
Went last night and got old dried out chicken so thought I would order from Taco Bell this time. One half of the order was correct. Then got home heated the other burrito up and it was not a burrito. Not sure what it was ,looked nasty. And they forgot as all Taco Bells seem to my Doritos. Service was slow both times and had to go inside tonight as the drive through was closed. ( ??). They were not busy. 2 employees working that I could see. This shouldn't have happened. Don't waste your time or money.
We come durring the week in the evening and usually service is slow and the establishment is dirty. Some of the staff is friendly and actually care. A good portion seem butt out and don't care. You can tell when a competent manager is on staff and when not. Food is Taco Bell so you know what you are getting.
Was nasty and very rude people! I would not recommend this place!!
Slowest place and people I have ever seen. Gave one star because I couldn't leave a negative number. Slow , rude and very skimpy with ingredients!!!
