There was no ice for "ice water"
No ketchup for the onion rings.
No Jamocha Shakes, the machine was broken.
Didn't order curly fries, but I got one in the bag. BONUS! Thanks Arby's!
On way home from our vacation and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. It was anything but quick. Service was poor and very slow. From the time I placed the order until I received our meals 11 other people ordered and were served while we still waited. Upon asking to speak to a manager the young man told Manager Joe whom ever turned around to even acknowledge us as a customer. Step it up Arby's and send your managers to leadership and customer service classes.
It's your world. I just live in.
Came in to grab a quick bite of food to take home in between shifts today only to have some troubles with my card. everyone there was extremely polite and helpful, they literally made my day. Got me squared away and on my way. Thank you so much for the top notch service and I'll be back sooner than later.
Nice location. BUSY. Lots of tourists who let's just say it some of which can be rude. They don't realize yet 7 BILLION other people live on this planet. Not their fault. Yankees or city slickers out traveling in their Audis spreading hate while protesting Trump's so called hate.
How to clean my own table, had not been wiped clean. There were several dirty tables and the dining room needed a general cleaning. My fries were only warm and not fresh and the bun was not toasted. Lot of Staff standing around talking instead of cleaning. But they were very pleasant and nice.
