The food was delicious, hot and tasty. The staff was exceptional, polite and respectful, assuring I had all I needed to enjoy my food. I was offended by all the dead birds on the landscaped beds surrounding the ground at the main entrance. I asked that the manager be informed that I requested a staff member be instructed to dispose of the remains. At no point during my 37 minutes did anyone address my concerns nor was I given an explanation.
Very disappointed with service at the Wytheville location. Today waited 12 minutes for chicken strips to cook and while they were cooking they gave away all the fries so when strips were ready then we had to wait for fries to cook. No apology for wait. We were only customers when we got there. Last time they forgot to give me a chicken biscuit. Need to get it together. Not going back to that location!
The food was very good and well seasoned. The service was over the top, I wish most servers had half of what they had. I hope this is what they mean by southern hospitality.
Cheese lover looking for a tasty comfort food?? You have to try the Cheddar Bo Biscuit! I added a Cajun Chicken Filet to mine; excellent! These biscuits are made fresh to order and served piping hot!
Hands down the best tasting fast food in the area. All of their biscuits taste like grandma made 'em! Friendly staff and fast service, I would highly recommend Bojangles. Don't forget to order a Cheddar Bo! The warm gooey goodness is totally worth the 5 minute wait!
