This is my 2nd visit and it was fantastic the first time and I don't know what happened in a year. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were straight from a box and made in a pot that still had soap in it. The red beans with rice tasted like old refried beans with barbeque sauce and most important the chicken. Was old and 3 out of the 12 pieces were super old and full of grease. Never again will I eat here. Management needs to get their staff straight. Not enough workers for the amount of people in line.
We came in around 8:30, on a Friday night, and it was extremely busy when we went in. This is probably because this location is in a truck stop right off the crossroads of two major interstates so it sees a high volume of traffic. They were out of almost everything. However, the cashier went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of in a timely manner.
This place was dirty. I got into town late so I had to eat there. This time had subways. It was decent. Last time I had Popeyes and boy did I regret it. I got soooo sick. Try to stay away from this place if you can.
Frankie says: Don't do it son! My wife nearly died from eating soft (Not Crsipy) chicken strips. We guessed it was undercooked due to rushing orders out by unskilled morons. It has a damn timer! Wait until it's done and don't over fill it. Every damn table was filthy too. Lots of seedy characters also. Keck bless yall.
